The general conditions for products purchased by users through our website are expressed. You must comply with the guidelines requested here to be able to comply with the benefits of the policies.  Our main objective is to guarantee an adequate service and that the product is presented in perfect condition to ensure your satisfaction, however if you recognize any fault do not hesitate to review and follow these steps:

  • If you have any fault or defect in the product write to the following email, sending us the problem and photographs of the same, no later than 15 days after receiving your order.
  • For such refund it is necessary to verify the condition of the defective item.
  • For retail products that present faults and inconveniences can be returned within 30 days of receipt. For the shipping costs of the items, we will contact us upon receipt of your request for return, being the responsibility of the customer to be received by us.
  • Products received under the following guidelines are not assigned for return:
    • Any product not purchased from Happycase.
    • Any product that does not present the described reason for return.
    • Any product that is returned if it is not in the condition in which it was sent to the customer.
  • Refunds will only be given in the same form of payment that was received.

Our priority is that you can make the most of the product you purchased, so we seek to provide the best quality of this, however if you do not like it, you can write and tell us about it, as we provide a period of 15 days after your purchase to get the return of the funds invested, complying with the characteristics above guidelines.
